Please check the steps detailed here for each item carefully before purchase. If possible, measure garments of your own (shirts, sweatshirts, polo shirts etc.) and compare them. In the additional information on each garment you will find the measurements and will also see an outline of the measurements in one of the pictures.
Note that cotton garments shrink 1-2 cms after the first wash.
Each product has an inside label detailing washing instructions and care. Also, in the description on the product page we usually give details of any special care. In general, keep in mind that you should wash the garments with similar colours, at 30°C max. Do not iron the graphics or put the items in a tumble dry. The cotton bags should not be washed.
Payments and security
Prices include 21% VAT, the current rate in Spain. After entering the billing address, the VAT rate will vary depending on your billing country. For the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and countries outside the EU, no tax applies. For countries in the European Union, VAT will be calculated based on your billing country.
You will see the final value of your purchase, net of taxes, when you enter the destination address in the Calculate Shipping option in the shopping cart.
For shipments outside the European Union, the relevant customs authority may apply the consumer tax in force in that country.
For countries outside the European Union, if you have registered in the Register of intra-Community Operators in your country, you can send us your order by email to avoid being charged VAT, after verifying that you are registered.
We use Paypal, one of the safest forms of payment in the world. Paypal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours, using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) with an encryption key of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Your payment details (such as bank account or debit or credit card number) is safely stored in their warehouses and is not shared with T-Sir.
In addition, Paypal has a number of Buyer protection policies which guarantee delivery of the item and its authenticity. Otherwise, Paypal will reimburse you the money: Paypal Buyer Protection Policies
You don’t need to create a Paypal account – you can simply pay with your Visa, Mastercard or American Express card through the Paypal platform without having a Paypal username. And if you already have an account, you can use it if you wish.
You can also place your order by bank transfer. When you have completed your order, select bank transfer as the payment method. You will get an email with all the information you need to do the transfer and complete the purchase. Once we receive payment in our bank account, shipping will go ahead and you will receive an email notification.
The Spanish postal system (Correos) y Tourline Express are our couriers.
When we ship your order you will get an email with a tracking number that will enable you to check the shipping status at any time.
The delivery deadline for the whole of Spain and Portugal is 3 or 4 days. For orders outside Spain and Portugal shipping usually takes 8 to 10 days, but we do everything possible to enable you to receive your order as soon as possible. Please note that deliveries are made on weekdays – transport agencies do not work at weekends.
If you have selected collection at the Showroom, you can collect your order on the next working day at Beluga Concept, Gran Via, 78 3º D – Madrid.
The cost of shipping to mainland Spain is fixed: €3.70 for the Community of Madrid (Madrid Region) and €5.5 for the rest of the peninsula (Spanish and Portuguese mainland). VAT is included in these prices.
The cost of shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, the Balearic Islands, Madeira, the Azores and internationally will depend on the delivery address and the weight of the order. You can do a quick calculation on the shopping cart page.
International shipments are enabled in the online store for most countries. If your country is not listed in the drop-down shopping cart menu, please contact us through our contact page or our email: email@example.com, indicating the products, sizes and colours which you are interested in and the delivery address. We will reply as quickly as possible.
If you made a mistake on your order, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can try to find a solution. Please check your personal data carefully when ordering, especially the zip code and mobile phone number.
First of all, when the couriers deliver your order, if you see a product that is clearly damaged, DO NOT accept it and instruct the courier to return it. We will contact you a.s.a.p. to send a new unit of the damaged item.
Once you have received your order, you have a period of 7 days to inspect the goods received. During that time you should send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, attaching a photo of the product. We will reply within a maximum of 2 working days, explaining the steps you should take.
Since these are items in limited numbers, we can only provide refunds for problems that are attributable to T-Sir:
- A defective Product.
- The wrong order: either a different model or colour or size.
Please check your order carefully before making the purchase, and pay special attention to the measurements listed in the description and the pictures of each item.
For a refund, the User shall comply with the following:
- The product must not have been used, handled or washed.
- The product must still have the original label and packaging.
